Founder

Mike Lester is a Dallas-based commercial real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience helping business owners and investors make smart real estate decisions. His experience spans land, industrial, retail, office, and investment properties. Born and raised in Dallas, Mike grew up in the Park Cities and earned a degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, golfing, and fishing. He and his family are also members of Watermark Community Church.

Roberto Zatarain

Vice President

Roberto Zatarain brings a practical, business-minded approach to real estate, backed by experience in logistics, hospitality, and new development. A Mexican national who grew up in Arizona, Roberto understands both business operations and the people behind them. He earned his Business Administration degree from Eastern New Mexico University, where he also played collegiate soccer. Outside of real estate, Roberto enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing soccer, and running.
